For our second night we moved to room 1. No criticism of first night just that the room was no longer available. Room 1 was more expensive but worth it. Very spacious and with a great view over the square. In both rooms the beds were super-comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. And the staff were amazing! Utrecht is a great city too. Please ask about parking options. We parked about 15 minutes walk away, in a very secure car park, and it cost 19 euros for two days.

Arjan was a great host. He was friendly, easy to communicate with and very helpful with suggestions. The property is conveniently located, close to public transport, with plenty of restaurants and a couple of grocery stores and bakeries too. However, it is on a quiet residential street. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio was a bonus. We highly recommend staying here!
