the day before arrival I got written instructions on everything from getting the key to how the tv works, very thoughtful. Very quiet neighborhood, supermarket, restaurants and bakery close by. 2 min walk to 2 bus stations, 6 min drive by bus to central station which makes it easy to get anywhere. Washing machine and dryer is there, also the terrase was wonderful. Everything was clean, beds comfy, extra towels and bedding, we had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to messages, asked if everything was okay once we arrived and was very accommodating and friendly in his communication. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Leiden!
