We liked everything about this hotel. It felt luxurious from the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. The spaces are beautifully decorated and comfortable, we heard nothing from corridors/other rooms while we were in our room and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful - could not be faulted. Truly fantastic and if you are tossing up highly highly recommend you book to stay here!!

Perfect location. Service was excellent. Before arrival we had some issues with hotel communication, but everything was handled professionally by concierge. Check in procedure was perfect. Private boat dinner cruise at first night suggested by concierge was amazing experience, expensive, but so worth! Next time in Amsterdam we book that experience again. Room with canal view was perfect, make sure to book with canal view, worth to pay extra.

Excellent communication with our host began before our stay and continued. We were able to drop our bags several hours before check in which allowed us to make the most of the day. Sander met us when we dropped our luggage and explained everything about the property as well as confirming the details for access when we got back. The property has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, everything is quality and luxurious comfort throughout. The location is fantastic and we are already looking forward to another stay!

The most rooms are shared but the big brother concept isn't mine. Here are cameras and only the bath room can locked. To least all people we met was friendly, all rooms are clean and the price for slept was where OK.

The location is great. We went by car and it is located 5 min away from the ferry that takes you to Amsterdam Central Station. You can park there all day for under €6 and take the ferry which is free.
I would highly recommend this property for your visit to Amsterdam. Great value for money.
Convenient location, big parking. Cannot say anything about food but the bar&restaurant are in same building. Next to it is a casino, so if you go for fun, the hotel is just in place :)
