We stayed at premium chalet and loved it. Sea water color was Incredible and clean only around lodge property but when we walked to village was so dirty full of plastics around the beach. It was only downside of the Mantanani island. Other than that clear crystal water, snorkeling was amazing

JSK Mantanani Island Resorts has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Mantanani Island. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a water park. The accommodation features karaoke and a 24-hour front desk.

Our room was new, big, beautiful and cosy (pine wood feel). There's partial sea view. Water pressure was very good with water heater that's easy to use. There was a lot of space to put our luggage, clothes etc at the adjoining room and to dry our swimming stuff etc at the balcony. There's only one snorkelling session in the late morning till lunch with 2 spots. One can cycle, play ball games on the floating platforms, volleyball on the beach or kayak (but within a very limited area). We chose to spend a lot of time exploring the island from both directions over the 2 days (we even walked to the village on the other side of the island). We saw cows on the beach, sea cucumbers at low tide, super huge shells, big beautiful washed-up drift wood, many species of plants, birds etc. Of course, there are rubbish too being washed up - which only serves as a reminder to all of us not to litter mindlessly. Food at mealtimes is delicious, sufficient with good variety. Not a big spread of food but I think it's good enough as there were not many people on the days we were there, and too much food will probably result in lots of wastage. There's still a large area under construction and I can imagine it'll be a grand and lively place to be in time to come.

We had the most amazing time in this little paradise. Fred and SP are the most caring hosts who really go out and about to make you feel at home and manage to create a family with the select group of visitors. The food SP cooks is delicious, and the snorkling in front of the lodge was great - we saw many nemo fishes. Good memories!

Where do I even begin? SP’s wonderful cooking is the highlight of it all. Fred and SP really go out of their way to ensure all guests have a great time, I feel like being cared for by a family member. The facility is basic, but set against such a beautiful scenery, what else do you need? The hammocks and the bean bags are a nice touch. The experience is elevated by interactions with other guests during meal time, something you don’t get at other resorts. The beach is captivating and offers a nice quiet, serene environment. Thanks SP and Fred
