All the gorgeous plants and trees, the pool, the birds! PERFECT location: literally a 5 minute walk to the village of Macario Gomez with its AWESOME little eateries and shops for essentials, and a short drive from dozens of different cenotes and ruins to explore. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and we could hardly tell there were other people staying there, each of the villas are so well tucked away.

The ambiance and the comfort of the rooms! Also the bar area is really nice and the staff are very friendly and personable. All their suggestions for places to visit, beaches and restaurants and bars were on point! The location is in a quieter area of Tulum and the pool is really big compared to other places and beachfront hotels.

I had a pleasant stay at LUV with my family, traveling with two kids aged six and three. Even though we arrived just after a hurricane, the hotel did their best go give us the best stay.
A nice design house with functional apartments and facilities, in a quiet area of Tulum and close to downtown. Well furnished apartments with all you need for a family vacation, the rooftop with pools were quite nice during the warm nights!
It’s a very spacious appartement, which was perfect for our family. The swimming pool was daily cleaned and has a baby/toddler section (which we didn’t use as the main pool was warmer). I also enjoyed the fitness.

We had an amazing stay at the Apartment. It is very comfortable and offers everything you need to eat, sleep, relax. We stayed 9 nights in total prolonging our initial trip by 5 nights. Family friendly accommodation, baby friendly. The neighbourhood has small grocery shops and A LOT of options to eat or drink a coffee. Laundry service a few minutes walk.

We stayed in room D which was great, very comfortable beds. Water was always hot. Cleaner did a supurb job and we loved coming back to fun towel animals, so did the kids. This hotel is very family friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly, let us park our rented scooter on the property overnight.
The retreat as a whole looks great, has a Jungle theme and the food is delicious! Perfect place to relax and enjoy some really great cuisine.
Located in the southern part of the Tulum beach, quite a bit further away from the party zone, but you can easily walk there if you so wish. Has a very nice beach and beach bar, much better than many other resorts. It is family friendly so keep that in mind. You might have kids running around the beach.

Our stay was just unbelievable. I spent two days and one night with my husband and two small children and we all loved the appartment. The reception was exceptional, all very clean and new, and in general very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the roof pool which was also a very romantic place for having a drink with my husband. Even the location was very suitable for moving around. This time it was just a one night stop but I'll definitely book here again next time we're visiting Tulum.
The location of Coco Village is very good: it's very quiet but at the same time you're close to the main road to the beach as well as the within walking distance to the Veleta neighborhood and fun spots such as Palma Central (food truck spot incl. large playground for kids)!
We stayed with another family with kids and had two apartments; the 2bedroom as well as the penthouse. Both were extremely spacious and the layout was great.
The pool area was attractive too and included a shallow part where the kids could play.
