A very large and spacious apartment, very close to the airport. Although it is in the middle of an industrial area, it is safe as it has a gate. Our apartment had two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms with a huge kitchen and living area. The sofa bed is not the most comfortable for sleeping. The staff were so wonderful- kind, helpful and accommodating! Check in was easy with clear instructions, the room was huge and the aircon and fan were a welcomed addition in the heat. One of the best all inclusive resorts I have been to. The service, food, drinks, location, facilities and the staff were all top notch. The staff was super helpful and catered to any and all dietary needs. There are also a bunch of activities to do at the resort from jet skis, tours to isla mujeres, excursions to nearby areas. Not only that there are daily shows including water aerobics, spanish classes, pottery classes, fire shows and more. This resort also has a 5 Diamonds Rated restaurant. I would definitely come here again!
