Front desk was not there at our arrival because late hour but host was just a phone call away and guided us directly to the room.

It's a cosy, clean house with nice amenities like small towels, toiletries and facilities like washing machine, small cooking stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and rice cooker. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He went all out to help us put on the snow chain, which we have no idea how to use! Short walking or driving distance to the beautiful beach and many nice cafes around.

Fabulous place with great views. Very clean, host was very helpful. The place has great location to the entire islands (close beach and hiking for the volcano). Well prepared house with cooking. Definitely best place to stay in Jeju

They kindly provided new water everyday and I feel like the cleaners tried their best with what they had... Very kind. Much kinder than receptionists.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom was clean, and the bath towels were big (unlike some of the hotels which only provides small towels). The gym was quite nice, as I had a fun time at the gym with my family. The pool was great as well, because it had a spectacular view.

Very clean, ample parking, staff was always helpful, location next to nice restaurants and cafes, beautiful sunsets. Location was perfect for a seaside getaway, waking up the sea view and walking within two minutes to the peaceful and beautiful sandy gwakji beach where kids play safely. Don’t expect resort facilities, but if u are here for the beach and peaceful stay at affordable prices, this is the ideal hotel. Will always remember this as the place where my family stayed for four blissful days away from the hustle of city.

Can see stars at night! And family friendly. Bedroom and toliet on the first floor, reading corner on thr second floor and two more bedrooms (one is a tatami room) on the second floor. Kitchen is well stocked. I also liked how there wasn’t much breakables my son could reach. Water dispenser available and parking for two cars.

It was a wonderful family friendly place to stay. The kids loved the layout of the building. It had a fun net the boys loved to play on. The pool was spacious and warm. The kids loved playing in it. Everyone was very friendly. Amazing sunsets.
The kids room had toys and a kid-sized bed, and various useful things like a potty seat and step-stool for the kids to reach the sink, which was useful. I wish it had a bathtub, even a baby-sized one. It was not fun trying to get my one-year-old clean in a tiny, enclosed glass shower. Breakfast buffet had plenty of adult and kid-friendly food and opened at 7 am. Everything was clean and the workers were helpful. Room service was limited but available, which came in useful when the kids were too tired to go out.
