It is clean, everyone is really lovely, the food is excellent, especially the sashimi, so fresh. I love the “classic” look of the hotel. It is a little bit like stepping back in time and enjoying the elegance and comfort of a slower world

Run by a group of young people, full of good vibes. The hotel restaurant serves good food for reasonable prices. Everyone was ready to help. For a small hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back.

Every single nook and cranny showed the creative of the designer. Absolutely fascinating! There's even a pinball machine built into the wall. Wow. The kitchen was the most well-equipped one with everything well-thought out and considered. You can really tell the effort put in by the host and family.
Everyone loved the projector Tv and wished we could have spent more time here. The host was very nice communicative too. Would love to stay here again and use the outdoor patios next time.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Very family friendly. All staff were very kind to my little daughter. There was even a kids bath (which is shallow and temperature was lower) in the public bath.
Shiretoko Village was an excellent hotel. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese buffet style (called "Viking" in Japanese). The food was very good - and I am not a breakfast person usually! The room was also comfortable (4-person family room) and was in the annex building. The onsen was simple but perfect - a nice square area with two baths: a "colder" one (still very hot) and an (extremely) hot one. If you like hotel onsen and very hot baths, you will enjoy this one.
Big, family-friendly hotel with a great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms with large windows overlooking the town and mountains. Easy location for a lot of sightseeing. Understand why it’s so popular for multiple night’s stay.
The room was huge with a view of the sea and very comfortable. Onsens were open throughout the night and were the best I have been to. Games room and pool for children were great. Would reccomend to stay.
Hotel Kifu Club is located along the seafront. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean. It is a family run hotel with 2 lovely old folks & their children. The meals provided changed everyday which we were looking forward :)
The location was seaside, able to see sunrise from room. The staffs were very considerate when allocating the rooms. They gave us 3 consecutive rooms for my entire family at the ground level so that the moving of baggage from the car was easier. The bed was pleasantly soft and comfy. The lounge area was fully equipped with cooking devices that allowed us to heat up our own food. The coffee provided is also always kept warm and nice.
Everything - location is great, gorgeous sights of the shore and the sunset, room is nice, food is both high quality and inventive, and above all the family who owns and manages the place is very warm and friendly, and speaks good English. And the private, outdoor 'chartered' onsen was a delightful experience.
The hotel is super cosy and staff very friendly. It’s a family run hotel and the food served were so delicious. Facilities spotlessly clean and nice. Enjoyed the fabulous sunset view from my window and we even spotted 2 deers at the outdoor onsen (reservation needed).
We stayed for two consecutive nights. When they saw that our elder kid did not eat the adult food at breakfast, they offered to switch to a children's plate from the next meal. They also found our younger kid had forgotten her stuffed animal after our departure, contacted me and sent it home. Thus, the service provided by the staff was excellent. Highly appreciated.
