Everything you need is there, very clean and tidy. Big space, more than enough for 4 of us. If we have a chance to visit the easten part of Hokkaido again, I will definitely want to stay here again.

The onsen was also amazing and I went there every night. I also really liked the cute decor and furniture of the hotel lobby; each piece was unique but worked together well. My family really liked Kiki and I was sad to leave.

Breakfast was delicious and included a large assortment of various items. Decorations in the common areas were quaint and everything felt cozy. Use of the public bath was convenient (open overnight). We didn't use the private showers, but they were available. The type of accomodation (with shared bathrooms and such) means less comfort than private hotel room, but that's obvious when booking.
