The bedroom was cozy and warm, and there was a kitchen where we could cook our own dinner, quite practical as the choices of restaurants nearby are limited and they might be all booked. I enjoyed the Japanese-styled room and the onsen, and the place was peaceful with wonderful views of Mt Fuji and the gardens (I was fortunate to have good weather during my stay). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. The staff were professional and helpful, and there was a handy bus shuttle between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed at Jupiter and the view was amazing. Mt. Fuji was really beautiful and you can see it from the room. The staff, Miyazaki-san was very friendly and very helpful. He’s always there to answer our questions and help us with our inquiries and requests. He made our stay even better! Even the other staffs were very kind to us and helpful but Miyazaki-san standout for us because his service was great! I will definitely will recommend this to all of my friends and family! Everything ! Beautiful view of kawaguchi lake just across the hotel. The lakeview room was very nice and spacious. They provide yukata which was a great experience for us. The dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Really enjoyed the fine dining provided. The staff were super helpful and friendly. With their limited english, they explain the route to places. They let us leave our luggages until evening. They even willing to pick us up from kawaguchi station on the day we already check out so we can pick up our luggages. Cause there were no more bus at that time. Yes, they have shuttle facility to and from kawaguchi station. They also helped us to book taxi to our next hotel. And they have amazing roof top where we can see mount fuji very clearly. Our stay here become one of the highlight of our japan trip. Thank you lakeland hotel.
