The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed at Jupiter and the view was amazing. Mt. Fuji was really beautiful and you can see it from the room. The staff, Miyazaki-san was very friendly and very helpful. He’s always there to answer our questions and help us with our inquiries and requests. He made our stay even better! Even the other staffs were very kind to us and helpful but Miyazaki-san standout for us because his service was great! I will definitely will recommend this to all of my friends and family! Very nice location, comfortable and large cottage. It is located very close to the lake and you can see the Mount Fuji. It is located so long from the north shore where you enjoy beautiful scenery of the Mount Fuji and also to some museum. This place also offer private onsen which is very nice after long walk or biking. Here we rented bicycles and bike around the lake which was so beautiful and nice. The owner is very friendly and offered to drop us at the station free of charge. We highly recommend this place🥰

Masaya the owner of the guesthouse is an Amazing guy really helpfull and welcoming. The hause is full of memory of his Road trip around the world and of the passage of travelers.
