The owners where very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. Even if they did not speak English well which complicated communication, they managed to make us feel welcome all the time. They came to the train station to pick us up and brought us back at the end of our stay.

As a solo traveller and first-timer in Japan, having somewhere near the airport was amazing, especially being a home kind of accommodation. I arrived late at night and Matte was waiting for me. She left the aircon on before I arrived so the room was cool and pleasant and also lots of water bottles in the fridge. She also stayed up chatting and giving me tips about what to do in Osaka. I ended up extending my stay and noticed the place was always spotless. They also let me use a push bike so it was easy to explore the area. On my last day, she let me leave my luggage there and even have a shower to refresh after the checkout.
