It was so nice to have the space to move around after so many hotel rooms. The staff were fantastic and the location convenient to get food and transport.

The staff are exceptional, their English is great and they are incredibly accommodating. Also the website has lots of tips and recommendations from the staff and that helped us to choose some great places to eat and visit.

Very good hotel with spacious room with loads personal care amenities, including pyjamas, and the added bonus of a public bath onsite that was only for guests, it was heaven!
The hotel was close to the train station but also walking distance to Kyoto station (about 15minutes).

It’s a lovely boutique hotel (aprx 40 rooms) in the best location in Kyoto. Highly recommended. A room is nice and big, a bed comfy and the hotel has complimentary lounge offering snacks and drinks. A hotel property looks good and allows you to rest. Besides above a hotel has guide good French bistro and a bar on the top floor (don’t expect too much from the rooftop as it’s 4th floor) with good food.
