The desk was 24hours and despite some difficulties in speaking English the person there really did do his best to try and help me with something I needed to get done, and was very friendly about it even at midnight. After that I was given a room all to myself even though I booked a bunk bed in a dorm style room, and the facilities were excellent. Next what happened was amazing in terms of service. There was an issue with the request I made when I arrived so the hotel went out of their way in a BIG BIG way to help me sort out the predicament I was in. I've stayed at a bunch of hotels and havn't experienced such level of service. It was very memorable and I would be sure to stay the property again given the chance. The place had an amazing feeling to it, the place was spotless and the staff very helpful. It's located near the old town of Koedo in Kawagoe, accessible by foot in 2 minutes. The bath was a private bath which was very confortable for us foreigners unused to sharing a bath with strangers. The room was very confortable with the fluffiest futon we encountered during our stay (even better than 5 stars hotels) and the breakfast was not to be missed. We highly recommend this place to stay there, for this price we didn't expect so much !
