Very honored to be able to stay in a traditional Japanese home. Quiet and serenity surrounding. You can see the sunrise from the living room. Cleanliness was spotless, digital tv channels were good, kitchen was fully functional. Space was good for big family like ours of 6 pax. Bedroom were all spacious. Very generous with the refreshments. Onsen was traditional and natural.
We had a rental car, so amenities was easy and all within 10-20mins drive, including cable car station and Lake Ashi.
Our car window was not fully closed and we didn’t realized until there’s actually an estate manager that goes around in case you need something. That’s quite assuring for us.

We appreciated the proactive attitude of the hotel staff in addressing potential issues that may come up before our arrival. The hotel's responsiveness demonstrates a strong customer-centric approach.
The villa we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable for our group of four adults. The beddings were cozy, though the pillows could use an upgrade. We greatly enjoyed having a private onsen on the premise. The villa was clean and well-maintained throughout.
The villa had a large, well-equipped kitchen, which was great for those of us who enjoy cooking. The private parking right outside the house was also very convenient.
Overall, we had a very happy and satisfying stay at this accommodation. The spacious and comfortable villa, along with the excellent amenities, made for an excellent vacation experience.

The villa was clean, spacious and cozy, and all the necessary facilities/ amenities were available. It was also kids friendly with many toys and games prepared!

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We loved this accommodation, one of our favourites during our holiday. It was cosy and comfortable, with plenty of room and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Great location, close to first stop on the cable car, which made it easier with luggage.
Communication was very responsive, the home was beautifully designed and thoughtfully organized. We were very comfortable as a family of five staying there, and the location was wonderful to all the sights we wanted to see.
It was a perfect stay for our family of three relaxing in the hillside of Gora base B. The space was well thought out for open plan living. Great comfy beds with bedside lights to read at night. Roof terrace with views to relax in fine weather, (steep stair to access terrace). It was close to some of the local attractions.

Such a cute apartment, beautifully decorated. My kids loved the platform beds and roof terrace. Fabulous location. We wished we could have stayed longer. Next door to the Ghibli house accommodation, and it was like being in Totoro!
Small but complete with everything you need. They even prepared toys for kids to play with. My kids had fun. Plan to go for onsen nearby but all didn't accept walk in except stay in guest. Owner was so helpful to find and recommended for other public onsen, however due to time limitations we didn't get to try it. Will definitely try out again in next trip in Hakone.
Very convenient location, fuss free check in process with clear instructions given in email. There were ample futons for us to use, property has board games and Netflix for entertainment, kitchen is decently equipped along with kids tableware. The hot tub was fantastic as it even had a reheating function to warm the bath up again whilst soaking in it.
