Our family had an amazing time in this hotel. Buffet breakfast and dinner are included and are delicious. The onsen is amazing and the clothing the hotel provides to walk around is extremely convenient. We went on a skiing vacation and drove to Rusutsu every day (about 30 min drive) and didn't expect to enjoy the hotel as much as we did. In the end, it was as memorable as the skiing.

A foot bath and indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths are offered. A free shuttle is available from the JR Sapporo Train Station. Midorinokaze Resort Kitayuzawa also provides an airport shuttle service to New Chitose Airport at an extra charge and is available upon reservation.

Very nice hotel. Amazing onsen with spacious outdoor section where you can sit or lay with a view of the gorgeous lake and mountains. The onsen part was amazing and we want to come back again for longer period. Breakfast was good, excellent food and good choice, but having dish names in English would have helped (there were none).
