I want to thank Mr Paulo and all the staff for the wonderful reception and stay. The team was without a doubt exceptional and made our stay worthwhile. We booked for the annex building, however we got an upgrade to the main building. As we had a long delay in the flight, they called us to check if everything was ok and to indicate where they would leave the room key and to inform us of the upgrade they made and which we really appreciated. We stayed in a room with a balcony, with two floors, one double bed and two single beds. The bathroom is spacious and the bed was comfortable. The balcony also has a table, chairs and sun loungers. Breakfast was very good, with homemade products, as was dinner. The dinner included a salad buffet and a 3 course menu, 2 starters and 1 main course , of choice. As I am a vegetarian they made the adjustments possible to accommodate my requests. On the last day they even left us a note on the breakfast table to thank us for our stay. As we were in town for the OCR European Championship and we were leaving in the afternoon, they let us keep the room until later so we could shower before continuing our trip, we left at 2pm without a problem. There is a car park very close by, as well as a bakery and supermarket. The staff are really helpful and make the hotel even more pleasant. The area is beautiful and we want to come back in winter. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality.

At the day of our arrival we had some issues and our estimated time of arrival was around the reception's closing hours. We had called the hotel and asked if we still be able to check in. They assured us that there will be someone to welcome us until 10pm the latest. Also they were extremely polite to leave at our room light dinner as the restaurant was already closed - it was so romantic with two glasses of wine, cheeses and salami and two desserts. We had stayed in one of the renovated rooms which was so cozy and very beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the mountain view from the balcony amazing!

The views from the hotel were truly amazing. Waking up everyday seeing the mountains from our windows and the balcony was amazing. Rooms were clean, we were provided with all that was necessary. Clean towels, clean sheets, kitchen appliances. The neighbourhood is quiet and very welcoming. I hope we will get back here again.

Very clean and spacious, well heated, no problems with the cold. The parking was a great plus for us. The view was also great. The building is well isolated so you won't hear any noise from other apartments. This is a great plus compared to a hotel where you can hear ski boots on the hallway early in the morning.

The hotel is in the centre of Cavalese, a very short walk to very good restaurants and bars. A 15 minute drive to the amazing ski slopes at Pampeago. The breakfast is a good spread and they will also cook you whatever you want. The the uova in camicia are not to be missed.
