Exceptionally easy - Michele, the host, was very accommodating and met us at the property, gave us a small tour and provided explanations and all went smooth.

It was super clean and comfortable! The location was perfect if you are by car and want to visit Garda lake, Verona- it’s 20 min by car from Sirmione. There was a breakfast for 7€ per person which was buffet with amazing food, coffee and juice! The girl on reception recommended us a place for dinner /pasta/- Ristorante Pina /amazing family restaurant for good prices and perfect delicious food!!/ it was 15 min walking from the hotel. Also the hotel has a parking space in front of it. I guess Gardaland is also really close!

The one bedroom apartment was excellent. Lots of space with well equipped kitchen.
Very comfortable bed and good bathroom & shower.
There was 2 pools, which we did not use, but we had look and area around them was very pleasant.
Snack bar at the bigger pool, where did have a couple of beers.
There is access to good train services nearby, with very reasonable prices.
Used train for Venice visit. Efficient and much easier than driving/parking.

If you are thinking about booking this apartment or not, don't even think about book as long as it is still available. We stayed 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children, a very very welcoming host, attentive to every detail.
If you forgot something at home, you will definitely find it in the apartment. The distance from Gardalend very close exact as the host shows, at 10 in the morning the Gardalend gates open opposite Sea life.

Everything was excellent , friendly and welcoming staff, walking distance to Gardaland , big parking area.
The outside area of the room is perfect for a glass of wine and relaxation after a long day at the parks with the kids.
the property was on the doorstep of gardaland , we liked it’s rural farm feel , it had all the amenities needed for our family trip. Wi-fi was great, kitchen had everything needed. hosts were always on call if needed .
Its 400 m from entrance to Gardaland. Everything is new, and the host Giancarlo is the great. The pool is great, and external Wc with showers also. The place is great for familys with kids because kids can run without any danger. You can also buy a great wine at the host.
