The Hotel proprietor Michele was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we found the place where we booked to park the car. The hotel is very close to the centre near Piazza IV Novembre, a few minutes walk and told us the places of interest and local cafes and places to eat. A very enjoyable stay at his Hotel. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and in a great location, with a good Caffè (Caffè del Corso) just outside Valentina gave us excellent instructions for a late arrival. We really enjoyed the Perugina chocolates that Valentina gave us.

Teapot House must be one of the most unusual places I’ve stayed in on my travels! The interior decor reflects the owner’s character - Sophie is an artist. She is a very friendly and helpful host and I enjoyed meeting her. My room, with a large bed, was very comfortable and well appointed with plenty of space. The location is on a small lane and is quiet.

The Property, in my opinion is better than the photos. It is a very large house. My kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. It is very quiet and the views are incredible. It has the ‘wow factor’.

Two bedrooms apartment in the outskirts of Perugia. Very organized (including mobile phone charger cables!) super clean. There is absolutely everything including a fireplace in the kitchen. Everything is provided, there is a coffee machine and the kitchen is well stocked. Water, tea, breakfast pastries.... Big apartment good for a family of three or four. You will need a car to get there. Careful when arriving because the entrance is right on a bend of the uphill road, and a little narrow too. Affordable price.

This is very nice, clean, spacious and modern apartment in the very center of historical city. The big plus is that it has two bathrooms, fully equipped. You need to consider it has 3 bedrooms, one - big double bed and 2 others equipped with single beds, so very good for a family with two children or for a group of friends, but less convenient if you are two couples:)

Lovely apartment, very spacious and has all the comfort of your own home. 3 comfortable double beds, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffees. Perfect location also with local shops (good supermarket and 2 amazing bakeries) and some good local restaurants at walking distance. Perugia very close by. Perfect for families with little children as there is a cot and baby bath, spacious garden also. Playground further along the river. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Property offers parking indoors!
The apartment we booked was ideal for our family, 2 adults and 3 kids. Rooms were spotless, spacious and airy. We also had a large balcony and a kitchen. It was very close to the train and bus station which was great for us as we used public transport for our stay in Perugia. We enjoyed our breakfast at Bar Coffee Shop more than at the train station bar as it was more quiet and we could find a table easily there. Dary took care of us and would like to thank her for her immediate help when we needed it.
