Sweet clean lovely place … stuff so attentive and sweet .. I stayed in room 055 after I was looking for a water view for €50 extra instead of €90 I was happy.. breakfast is ok just I had to pay for fried eggs but that’s ok.. Wi-Fi works perfect and the boats come directly to the front of the hotel .. I recommend definitely will do it again and choose a bigger suite this time … a bit distant from San Marco but I do not regret my stay ❤️

Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped; staff is very professional and friendly, attentive to guests; attractive, interesting Muranese-themed decor in public rooms - all in good taste w/comfort and intimacy in mind; small fitness area by reservation only - good eqpmt; very good bar+terrace; also interior bar which is more intimate (lovely barman!); airport transfer. And location is excellent (if you want a quieter stay than in central Venice (only short boat ride to Venice, purchased ticket required), ambiance of Murano is interesting/authentic). Overall, a very good experience. we recommend.

we are so lucky to have this apartment. It's a beautiful apartment with everything you need. We had our holiday with our 2 kids. Everything is great. The landlord is very helpful. We had extremely hot summer this year. to be a tourist in Venice during early August is not an EASY thing. the landlord allowed us to stay till 3:30pm to make our trip so much easier. thank you so much and we will definitely return. Venice is one of our favourite city in Europe.BTW the restaurants near to the apartment is fantastic. my kids said the best sandwich and the pasta they have ever had.
