About a 15 walk ( make sure you know short cut out of back gate plus walkways) to the town. Bit steep on way back but manageable

Excellent stay and experience.However hotel on hill and there were a lot of steps to be undertaken to and from the town. Not for the old and infirm. We are walkers and enjoyed the challenge.

Splendid location, right at the waterfront 👍. While the place did have constrain with parking lots, the thoughtful staff reserved some places for the guests. Really appreciate it. The in house restaurant served good dinner, very convenient for the guests too.

Perfect contact, great location, great apartment. An excellent base for trips around the area, on foot, by car or by ferry. I recommend this place, especially for families with slightly older children, because it is on the second floor.
Superb location! Easy to get hiking trails and sight seeing spots.
I would also recommend it to families with kids for a summer holiday (beachfront and a short walk from Menaggio).
Apartment had everything you needed for an easy stay
Great for young families as one room had bunk beds, kids toys, and the apartment was located next to a playground. Easy walking distance to Menaggio along the beautiful historic walkway. The views from the apartment are also amazing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating, and left Easter eggs for our kids. Would happily recommend this property 👌 👍
The villa is located walking distance to Mennagio square, restaurants and ferry making it the perfect place for three families with young kids to stay. The villa could accommodate 10 people easily; large lounge room, long dining table, amble parking, 3 bathrooms and 2 washing machines with a dryer. I would stay again. Giuseppe the host was very responsive- thank you.
The view, wow! Perfect for evenings chilling and just soaking it all up. A generous space, great for a family of 6, 8 would still have room as well.
The games in the cupboard were perfect for our kids to enjoy. Thankful for the fans as the days were quite hot and without the fans the heat in the day would have been unbearable!
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was calm and quiet. We enjoyed the room, the view and the family friendly pool. The breakfast was over expectations!
All was fine. Very cozy and family friendly hotel. Very clean actually . Owners are very helpful as well. It has pool and has everything what you would need. Breakfast was with less variety but its a traditional Italian breakfast with a lot of sweets 😀
