I really like the fact that the hotel is in the buzz of Menaggio. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and special. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone asking. The room was also comfy and very clean and neat and the shower was amazing.

Your representative was extremely responsive and met us at the property. The overall layout of the house and the location were absolutely incredible. Have stayed at rental houses/apartments for 30 years on vacations. Nothing compares to this property. Truly outstanding.

So central and very accessible for anyone with disabilities . Lovely clean room and bathroom was modern with great shower …… bring your own hairdryer though the bathroom one very basic and didn’t work well

Owner explained everything when we arrived , she was very nice person . View from a balkony was big plus, well equipped kitchen. It was cold at night but heating system worked well.

Perfect contact, great location, great apartment. An excellent base for trips around the area, on foot, by car or by ferry. I recommend this place, especially for families with slightly older children, because it is on the second floor.
Superb location! Easy to get hiking trails and sight seeing spots.
I would also recommend it to families with kids for a summer holiday (beachfront and a short walk from Menaggio).
Apartment had everything you needed for an easy stay
Great for young families as one room had bunk beds, kids toys, and the apartment was located next to a playground. Easy walking distance to Menaggio along the beautiful historic walkway. The views from the apartment are also amazing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating, and left Easter eggs for our kids. Would happily recommend this property 👌 👍
The villa is located walking distance to Mennagio square, restaurants and ferry making it the perfect place for three families with young kids to stay. The villa could accommodate 10 people easily; large lounge room, long dining table, amble parking, 3 bathrooms and 2 washing machines with a dryer. I would stay again. Giuseppe the host was very responsive- thank you.
The view, wow! Perfect for evenings chilling and just soaking it all up. A generous space, great for a family of 6, 8 would still have room as well.
The games in the cupboard were perfect for our kids to enjoy. Thankful for the fans as the days were quite hot and without the fans the heat in the day would have been unbearable!
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was calm and quiet. We enjoyed the room, the view and the family friendly pool. The breakfast was over expectations!
All was fine. Very cozy and family friendly hotel. Very clean actually . Owners are very helpful as well. It has pool and has everything what you would need. Breakfast was with less variety but its a traditional Italian breakfast with a lot of sweets 😀
