Beautiful property owned and managed by beautiful people (kindly communicating via phone translator for us). Our room was very clean and had a terrace - we watched the sunset over the countryside with a glass of wine in the evening. Sweet little Italian breakfast provided the following morning :)

the owners were very friendly and helpful although they could not speak english, but with the help of a translation app we were able to understand each other. overall the place was pretty good and we would stay there again, if the situation arose

The view was magnificent, the staff were very friendly, we loved having dinner available every night and the property was beautiful. Also the beautiful sound of the chirping birds outside every day and the amazing antipasto platter!!!

The location is remote, so you will need a car. On the plus side, the owner (Federico) and his family could not do enough to help you. If you are after peace and quiet or a central location to explore Umbria from, this is the best place to be.
Hugues and Andrew invited us for a 3 course dinner our first night which was very pleasant.
We stayed in Gaggia house which was very spacious (2 families with 2 girls each, 8 persons totally). We shopped in nearby Spina and cooked lunch/dinners in a well equipped kitchen.
