Beautifully furnished and decorated, feels more like a warm home. Everything you need is here, we even got yummy buns and jams for breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and AC on both floors. So much better than some old, dirty and expensive apartment in Rome downtown. Alessia is kind and at disposal, she replies very quickly. We had to check out very early to catch a flight, and that was not a problem. Grottaferrata is a lovely place, a bit challenging for walking due to traffic and narrow sidewalks, but that's pretty much like the whole Croatian coast. To visit Rome center I recommend driving to Anagnina metro station (15min ride, outside parking is 2,5€ for a day), and take subway to Rome for just 1,5€ (30min ride).

This charming little guest house is staffed by wonderful people. They were helpful, informative and very accomodating. The location is 3 minutes from the palace and there are stunning views of the lake just a block over. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was very generous. You can have a complementary coffee in the morning before you leave to explore the town. A very good stay for the price.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
A beautiful and quaint family run hotel. The grounds were beautiful, rooms were clean, and Maurizio was an absolute gem. He went out of his way to ensure we had the most comfortable stay with the kids.
It is clean and functional, right in the middle of Grottaferrata. It is not the right place if you are sensitive to noises. It is excellent value for money. Same day cancellation policy.

Our stay in Tenuta Cusmano completely exceeded our expectations! The villa is characteristic, the garden is beautiful and peaceful and the view is indescribable! And Maurizio is the most wonderful host ever! We loved staying and will absolutely come back sometime!
The view was incredible. The manager, Mauritzio, goes above and beyond. Truly, I think he does too much -- he probably needs to hire a couple of teenagers to take some of the smaller stuff off of his plate so he can do the thing that he's REALLY, REALLY good at: interacting with the guests. From the first day, my wife and I started fantasizing about coming back with our friends and family.
The swimming pool and the view were amazing, but the best part was the very kind host Maurizio. Breakfast was nice with fresh baked pancakes for kids (or adults)!
We had a very relaxing time here. Lovely, friendly host. Great breakfast was served each morning. Comfy beds and good block out shutters/curtains that helped our kids sleep-in and nap in the daytime. Great pool and beautiful grounds for the kids to run around.
We ate dinner at a nice restaurant 5 mins walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
