I would recommend this apartment esp for families (it can accommodate more than 8 people in three bed rooms) and groups. The apartment location is 5 mins away from Frascati station and 5 mins away from Frascati Cathedral. The apartment is super clean and even our queries were answered appropriately by the great host "Giancula". The parking is available at 10 EUR per day and with regular trains (duration of 30mins to Roma Termini) and its a stress free at this apartment. Bonus is there is a fantastic restaurant downstairs and there are tons of restaurants in down town with great views of Rome. Also you can catch a sunset with a walk around station. Besides, the Nescafe espresso machine and the capsules were one of the best.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped with everything. This was the best accommodation we've ever been in. There was a lot of kind of food we could choose from for breakfast. The view from the window was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The city center is relatively close and it's really cheap to travel there by train. Ciampino Airport is even closer. The nearest supermarket is in a 15-20 minutes distance (on foot). The neighborhood is really calming and nice. The check-in process was easy and it was simple to find our room. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
