The owners are very kind and attentive. They immediately responded to an issue at the apartment and tried their best to fix it. The bed is extremely comfortable, too. I also have been spontaneously partially refunded to address the discomfort.

The entire staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area. Breakfast was a nice assortment of fruits, pastries, cheese, prosciutto, rolls, coffee, and juices. There is a nice restaurant and a bar with indoor and outdoor seating. We were able to enjoy a few glasses of wine on the outdoor patio at night in the cool spring air. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to this region of northern Italy.

Loved the bathroom sauna shower bath combo. The space of the room was incredible for it's price. The staff were amazing and very accommodating, incredibly nice. I rebooked after my initial stay because the staff were so nice and i was enjoying the area.

The location was very central and the flat was very clean and modern with large rooms, perfect for 3 friends travelling together. The living room was used as a separate bedroom as it had only one door and the host was happy to convert the sofa to a bed. So, all 3 of us had our own bedroom and one bedroom had its own bathroom. There were TVs in every room! There was also a large patio with a full-size dining table where we could eat outside. The washing machine was much appreciated. There was also an elevator, so no difficulty with heavy luggage.
