The food was absolutely excellent. The breakfast included in the booking exceeds all expectations. The staff were very kind. The room was very clean and the products used (including the bedding) were of excellent quality.

Deborah was a very lovely host and the property was ideally located in the centre of the town, with free covered parking really close by. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms but it was really not that small, with a large bathroom as well! The host was extremely responsive and welcoming, and this is a great base to go an explore the Marche region!

Very clean apartment with clean cotton sheets and towels. There were clear instructions for the rubbish, with separate bags for recycling and the aircom was easy to regulate - we had it off most of the time - so there is an attempt to respect the enviroment. We loved the view from our balcony.
