The staff was very helpful and attentive. The most hospital staff we've met on this trip to Italy. The breakfast was good. Everything was very clean. The location is walking distance to city center. The garden is cute. The villa is beautiful outside and inside, decoration style very cute!

Overall, it's a very nice hotel, staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast had plenty of choice and hot drinks were made fresh and brought to table. Small menu for lunch and dinner available. Location was perfect to gain a real sense of Lucca, 10min stroll to walled town.
