Situated in the coastal village of Breiddalsvík, Hotel Breiddalsvik offers a large terrace with an open fireplace and rooms with a satellite TV and work desk.

We were very appreciative of the hotel staff, especially Alla, who went out of their way to provide us with a meal when the restaurant was closed and we had missed the booking.com message. Real customer service in action.

Lovely shared kitchen, and although the bathroom was shared, it was next to our room and I was unaware of anyone else using it during our stay. Great breakfast - unfortunately we stayed too late in the year for the evening restaurant to be open for dinner.

Very friendly family. We had a nice cabin in the backyard. Although some people might consider the interior somewhat outdated, we believed this was charming. Best salmon for dinner we had in a long time!!

It is a very nice hotel with super friendly staff (hotel is family run). It is easily reachable when you are traveling on the ring road. The hotel is very cosy and has a great location. The breakfast was also amazing. We can highly recommend this place and will go there again when we come back to Iceland.
