Fantastic stay, very warm welcome from Nicole and David. Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a driver for us, who never let us down and was always available. A very good selection for breakfast that certainly gave a good start to the day. The room was large and so was the bed, the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked a treat as it was very warm at night. David also suggested an itinerary, which was something we would of struggled without his help. This homestead is well recommended.

It was in a lovely leafy suburb. The room was on the top floor with French windows overlooking the pretty houses opposite. The room was spacious with a big fridge and ac and fans. The owners were available via WhatsApp and they lived on the ground floor. It felt safe being a single female guest.

A lovely family run guest house. Francis and his wife were very accommodating, and the room was lovely and clean. The garden is beautiful! The beach was right outside the compound and can be admired from the balcony. Definetly recommend. We'll be returning before we go home.
It's only a 15 minute drive to the airport but you can't see the airport (as I had expected) and there were only a couple of jets running overhead occasionally. I was expecting a constant stream of them.
Location is far from what is stated on site. I didn’t have breakfast. Hotel & Rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. I can’t even count the problems as those were many. I can just say nothing was even okay at this hotel. Unbearable Experience and waste of money. My family felt terrible. Please make drastic changes or do not suggest this to anybody else in future.

-Not advisable for family, if you are looking for a cheap stay for a day close to airport (set of guys) or individual male this is ok at this cost
It was the best stay in my entire trip to Goa. The location is a little secluded, however the place is super good. I had a comfortable stay with my family.
I stayed in Cinco Filhas for some days to go diving with Gary (Goa Diving, just 2 min waling down the road). the room was very clean, the mattress was superb and I slept like a baby after a long day in the sun and under water. The beach with restaurants is a 5 min walk away so location is great.
Big plus: unlike accommodations near the beach which suffer under the very loud noise from water sports and people having drinks and the beach, the Cinco Filhas is very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent host and very helpful. Ideal location with access to everything one needs(sun, sand, food, drinks and loads of fun). Excellent for families and couples. Highly recommend.
