Pragya and her sister Pooja were so welcoming and helpful and even upgraded me to a bigger room, free of charge, for my final two nights - so kind. WOW What a hotel! If you're in Udaipur and want to enjoy a little heavenly Oasis, then you must stay at the Raffles! We went for a wedding so that's the main reason for staying there, but wow we were just impressed by everything. The room (spectacular), the food (delicious), the facilities (amazing), the grounds (beautiful). From the moment you are greeted to get on the boat which takes you to the island where the hotel is to the moment of checkout, the experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! Highly recommend all those visiting to at least enjoy an evening or two at this palace.

The staff is well trained, discreet and well-looked after by the owner. The room is very big and looks lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom is functional and has a good shower. Water & tea complimentary in the room. There is enough wardrobe space. AC available as well as extra blanket. Breakfast was homemade and different every morning. The last morning, we even got a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. Besides, communication prior to & during our stay with the owner was on point. He speaks and writes English well. He went out of his stay to help us with anything we needed!
