The hosts, wonderful people. They treated us like family, they took us to rheir cardamom fields, to the waterfall, they offered us good vibes and help, all the time with love and a smile. Food was fantastic, made from their own culture. The house is new and beautiful, amazing comfortable bed. Located in the mountains, in the silence, next to one of the big watterfalls in the area. I stayed at Pleasant Hill Resort with friends for two nights in November, 2023. Initially we had planned to stay in Munnar but then changed our mind and that was a right choice. Location of the hotel is on the hills and all rooms have a very beautiful view. Its a very quiet place to stay. Territory of the hotel is very greenery. Rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfasts have a wide range of dishes and beverages. We also had two dinners there. Food was always fresh and well cooked. Room service is available there. All members of the staff were very helpful, especially receptionists and restaurant personnel, including Sharath. We received recommendations for the destinations we could visit within 2 days and had very good excursions made by car. Also we were helped with organising our transfer to Mariri beach.
