The detox food options, including vegetarian/vegan choices, were tasty, but maybe it is not for everyone, because it is served as a buffet with limited preferences. The Ayurveda massages further enhance the relaxation, and you get to meet authentic people who genuinely care for your well-being. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating escape.
