I stayed at LittHomestay recently, and I must say that the property itself is quite nice. It's new and freshly painted, which gives it a clean and modern feel. However, I did have some mixed feelings about my experience. The owner was very friendly, but I found him to be somewhat intrusive. During our first meeting, he asked about my job and other personal details, which I felt uncomfortable discussing with someone I had just met. I value privacy, and it would have been better if he had kept the conversation more casual and respectful of boundaries. Another awkward moment was when he showed me the common kitchen, which turned out to be someone else's sleeping room. It felt quite strange and made me a bit uneasy, as I didn't expect to see someone's personal space displayed as a common area. Also the owner asked us to do some odd task like to close the front gate and opening it up again to the guests. In my personal opinion is just too much to ask from your guests. The property had a washing machine which was quite handy and the kitchen was well equipped with all sort of utensils. We were promised that there would be towels provided but weren’t provided to us. There’s not much around the property and shops close early so be prepared and shop earlier in the day if you plan to cook. All in all, established your boundaries and I think it’ll be a wonderful experience! Happy travel :)

From the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the warm hospitality of the host, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Srinagar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bali Guest House that provided a warm and comfortable experience during my three-day visit. From the moment I checked in, the host made it clear that my comfort and satisfaction were top priorities. I also appreciated the little touches, like the plush towels and the complimentary toiletries that were provided and the best part was the Winter Air conditioning round the clock which made the room the cosiest room of the entire Kashmir trip I dare say ! Every morning, they made sure that I had everything I needed for a great day, including a delicious breakfast that was customized to my preferences. They even went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout my stay, I never once felt like I was lacking anything, as the host made sure to take care of every detail. Whether it was extra pillows or additional towels, they were always available to make sure that I had everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable stay. The attention to detail and personalized service provided by the host made it a truly exceptional experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

property is very well maintained and cozy. It was neat and clean. They provided us extra pair of blankets to keep us warm and the owner was always available to help us if anything else was needed. A veg meal for 2 was 800/- which we felt was little expensive but it was very good. it is little interior from the highway but the driver managed to get there with the help of owner’s instruction.

Well maintained excellent property.. Spacious room and good breakfast spread
