Mr. Deepak was there to receive us. He was really helpful with everything. The property is a rustic cottage at an amazing location. Me and family enjoyed scenic views in their back area.
Everything was upto the mark and beyond.
They have a lot of antics like crockery and the cottage itself is made out of wood A to Z if you are fan of that.
One suggestion for fellow travellers: you must stay 2 to 3 days to soak in the beauty of this place. 1 day was too short for me as I didn't wanna go back so soon.

The owner of the homestay is extremely helpful and polite. His family is very accommodating and they will help you with nothing but the best. His wife is an excellent cook if you want to order from their kitchen. Rooms are comfortable and the view from the terrace of the room is gorgeous. You can hear the river Ravi flow peacefully at night. I loved my stay at the Mountain View homestay and would surely go back again. Also, the owner is a very good guide to help you for sightseeing.
Everything was so nice and welcoming.. the owner and his family is really caring and wonderful. You will have the best experience and can feel the nature around you with home made food.
It was in an excellent location, away from the city noise. The food was very good and healthy. The staff were always very pleasant, and never refused any request. The home-cooked lunch that we had at the village home of one of the staff members, and the conversations with their family, was a great experience.
Homely stay, very neat and clean and personal involvement of Mr. Sharma, the owner are the distinctive features of our stay. They treat guests almost like family members and try to do their best. The place is midway between Dalhousie and Khajjiar and is very ideal for short stays.
