As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It was a beautiful location although a car was necessary. It was modern clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and great staff. Pauline and Collette were good fun and looked after us really well.
Couldn't get much closer to the slieve league car park! Room was small but functional! Very clean. The hosts Ken and Julia are splendid and super friendly! Breakfast (for a fee) was continental with cereal, fruit, yogurt and some light protein options.
Location was amazing, the staff were all amazing, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding areas giving daily advice on the sights to see and the must visit location. Breakfast was functional and set you up for the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, set up with complementary snacks, tea and coffee. The shower was also great, with good pressure and always hot water.
There is not a better location to visit the majesty of Slieve League from. We will be remembering and recommending to any of our friends and family who would be interested. The walking path to Slieve League is a mere few steps. This is ideal if one is an avid hiker. If one is less inclined, there is a drive up the pathway to a car park which affords great views of the unique environment.
breakfast was really good. a good variety for all our needs. Didn't get the scone in the end which I still regret as it looks fab! showers were hot and nice. rooms were warm. kids loved the bunkbeds
Enormous family room, with a separate part for the teenager, which she liked. Great location just a few hundred metres from the cliffs, and a lovely view out our window. Breakfast was huge and delicious, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great recommendation for dinner at the Rusty Mackerel.
