Staff were very friendly and very easy check in and check out process ... very comfortable beds with plenty of space in the room
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
First room I got was in among family room, room was beautiful, noise of a crying toddler was shocking. But I got moved to a much quieter room, room wasn't as big but it suited me perfectly. Plenty of choice for breakfast whether you wanted hot or cold food and any staff I was dealing with were very nice and helpful.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Water and tea and coffee were provided. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The staff were hard working and very friendly and attentive. We were attending a function in Celbridge so the location was perfect for our needs.
The hotel is great, very modern and clean but has something of an historic feel to it too. I got a complimentary upgrade which created a great first impression. The junior suite was great and the bed was amazing. It's a great venue for a private function the rooftop terrace and bar was great. Really had a great night.
We travelled as a family of 5(3 adults and 2 kids) to visit family. The hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed and the rooms are very spacious. We had interconnecting rooms and it was so easy with the kids. Rooms themselves are perfect but the bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Lovely breakfast. Staff so nice and so helpful. Perfect hotel for adults but not much to do for children.
The whole abience oc the the manor house...the staff trest yoj like royalty.like family...felcia in reception to aidan in the bsr..nothing was too much trouble...for them..since they noticed that my partner was limping after having an accident..felica was able to upgrade us from the vourtyard to a ground floor room in the manor house...at a very reasonable price...excellent staff in many ways..the caring nature obout their guests comfort and safety... they sjould be given a hold medals..
Excellent value for 2 rooms with lovely (big) full Irish Brekkie included. Beds comfy with great big pillows (not miserable flat ones you sometimes get!)
Kids room (family) was big and spacious.
Love helpful staff. Great space in the gardens etc for families.
Would make a great venue for a small Wedding or family function where you could book out the rooms around the courtyard etc. and have the hotel and grounds to yourselves!
Would stay again 👍
