I loved every single thing, when you are away from home what you really value is the feeling that you are at home anyway and that's exactly how i felt, the house it's away from the main roads, so very quiet, has a beautiful garden and spaces, even common spaces we have not used, being always around to discover Donegal. Everything was clean and in order, breakfasts were always perfect, whatever we'd be choosing (Irish or continental) all perfectly cooked and various, a precious moment to plan the day and have some chat before leaving for the day; good advices on the region "must see" were not lacking too, we had some very good ones. :) One of the other things i value more when traveling is "meeting friends you haven't already known", beside the beautiful house, what made our staying really special were Mick and Susan, i'd say they are Irish to the bones, meaning i loved their friendly spirit, and the exquisite persons they proved to be with us, two strangers they had never seen before.

Amazing place to stay, peaceful and quiet and a great place to recharge your social battery. There's a pub down the street that is very friendly and a great place for a few pints of Guinness. Paul was an amazing host and when we told him we took a taxi to get there he offered to drive us to the nearest bus station after our visit.
