The warm welcome when we arrived. The house is clean, bright and just perfect. The welcome book, the basket of snacks, the milk in the fridge, and the apple pie. Everything was perfect and easy to find. It was lovely to able to put your cases in the rooms and have a drink and take in your surroundings.

A genuine welcome awaits you in a very comfortable family home, with every facility at a very high standard. Caroline is an excellent communicator, arranging early check-in and offering breakfast options in advance of my stay. As Caroline and Pat make clear, a car is essential to access this beautiful, quiet, rural location.

We came across Edmondstown House by chance, but wow, just staying there would have been worth the trip. Not only were David and his family and staff welcoming and friendly, they created an atmosphere that made you feel at home - an extraordinary, amazing home. The manor house is well worth a visit, it's magnificent and atmospheric. We would definitely visit David and his family again and would highly recommend Edmondstown House. Thank you for everything, it was truly exceptional!

Connor was easy to communicate with. He had some food stocked in the fridge for us, cause he knew we'd be arriving late. It was very sweet! And unexpected. So great. Having a baby bed in the house helped as well. The neighbor was so great. Easy to chat with and quiet. 3 bathrooms throughout the house was also brilliant!
