We loved the facilities. The ages in our group ranged from 18 months old to 75years old and we were 20 in number. We picked the best hotel as everyone was able to engage in activities of their choice. The hotel is extremely well maintained and very clean. The accommodation was spacious and airy.

Amazing location, about 20 mins walk to the grad (city center). The rooms are nice and clean, with good view of the ocean. The best sunsets. And most importantly, the breakfast was just amazing. The parkig is also good and accessible even for bigger cars. In january the prices were much more affordable and definitely worth the price

Renovated in 2015, Royal Neptun Hotel Dubrovnik is a peaceful beach-front property on the Lapad Peninsula. Surrounded by fragrant pine trees, it boasts magnificent panoramic sea views. Most of the rooms feature a balcony and free WiFi access is available throughout the property.

Guests can enjoy the splendid outdoor swimming pools (a cliff-top pool and a pool for children) or simply jump into the sparkling Adriatic Sea.

Everything was perfect. Instead of the Neptun Hotel, my wife and I stayed at the Ariston Hotel. Maybe the room in Ariston is a little better, but since you can use all the facilities in all 5 hotels of the Royal group of hotels, it doesn't matter. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Diverse, rich. Beaches on the sea coast with showers and sunbeds. Two spa centers, 5 outdoor pools, two indoor. The hotels are located in the best location on Babi kuk. Great silence at night, without noise or disturbance. No complaints really.

Kenova apartment was great! Very central, approachable without any stairs until the entrance, equipped very well for a family (we had a toddler and a baby) and spacious. It was also very well decorated and newly renovated. Marko let us leave our luggage at the apartment very early and also checked us in earlier than usual. There was also wine and something to treat us in the fridge!

Everything!! Iva is such a lovely and helpful person. She made sure we had everything we needed as we were traveling with a toddler and a baby. She gave us loads of useful tips and she even left some food for us like cereals, mik, fruit and yogurts as we arrived late. Apartment was very clean, the twin room has boxes with toys for the kids to play, the area where the apartment is located is quiet and is filled with lots of good restaurants, beaches and a beautiful promenade. I highly recommend staying at this apartment!

The kids club was sensational- I really didn’t book this hotel knowing there was a kids club. I was aware it was geared for kids. However it made our holiday! Not a fan of kids clubs usually. This happened to have exceptional facilities for true play in large space. It catered to 4 of my kids 13, 11, 9 and 6years. The staff were lovely the equipment was immaculate and future proof! I have 6 children in total so I really have seen a lot of kid facilities. It was fab - got kids - go!

The apartment is well equipped, so close to the old town, with a nice pool, where you can enjoy a drink (if you are traveling in winter season as I did). I recommend it for family vacations. I traveled with my 2 years baby boy, who really enjoyed the time we spent.

The apartment was spotless and well looked after. Very spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning in all rooms, and an amazing garden to use privately. The host arranged our transfers and was very helpful. We travelled with a toddler, and they had high chair and baby cot available, so I would say it's very convenient for families.
