The room was clean, new, and spacious, with good shampoo and conditioner provided. On our registration date, we had booked a taxi for 8:30 am, but due to traffic, the taxi couldn't arrive on time. The hotel kindly offered us a ride instead, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
