Guangzhou Heng He Hotel is a 20-minute drive from Guangzhou Railway Station, Bus Coach Terminal Station or Baiyun Mountain. Free WiFi access is available.

Heng He Hotel is a 35-minute drive from Canton Tower and a 50-minute drive from Canton Fair. Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

I just finished a few days of travel in Guangzhou, exploring from Baiyun Railway Station to the bustling Beijing Road and then to the serene and solemn Dafo Temple, with every step filled with surprises. Firstly, the location is truly flawless! Whether you take a taxi or use the convenient public transportation, it's easy to reach the hotel from Baiyun Railway Station. As soon as you step into the hotel, you'll be drawn in by its modern yet cozy atmosphere. The front desk staff greet you with smiles, and check-in is efficient and thoughtful. What truly surprised me was the 100 items of butler service, which is a blessing for travelers! From daily luggage storage and car service, to unexpected items such as charging cables, hair care products, and even temporary medicines, the hotel has prepared everything in advance, truly thinking of what guests need and responding to guests' needs in a timely manner. Speaking of free use of small items, this is too important for a travel blogger who is always on the go.🧳 If you accidentally forget some small items, the hotel's service greatly reduces the burden on your luggage, making your journey more relaxing and enjoyable. It's worth mentioning the convenience of the hotel's surroundings. The bustling Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the tranquility of the Big Buddha Temple are both within walking or short driving distance.🥇

Caveat - I speak conversational Mandarin & Cantonese enough to understand most things. It makes a huge difference. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. You want pillows? No problem. Wifi is slow? They send a tech up to you. The Wifi is supposed to force a login, but it doesn't always do it. The tech guy comes and calls somebody and the "VPN" is fantastic. No speed or lag issues. But you have to call and inform them. Shoutout to Mr Singh, from guest services. He was excellent. Around the corner of the hotel are many food options ... the train is just outside the hotel but the simplest thing when traveling is just take Didi everywhere. A regular taxi costs slightly more and you run the risk of being lost in translation. Didi is just better - also cheap. The ride to Baiyun T2 from the hotel only costs 70RMB. I brought some cash my friend passed me. In 7 days, I used RMB59 because the Alipay didn't work in one eatery. It's totally cashless.
