We stayed 2 fabulous nights in Las Lagunas boutique near Flores.
Wow !!! One of the best hotels we'be been in!!!
It starts with a very relaxing atmosphere and astonishing view of the laguna and continues with a high level service from the Lobiest (Cesar & Carlos) and the main highlight, Elemer the waiter, who not only hosted us fantastically but also saved us one day in our trip itenarary... The hotel restaurant is very good - tasty breakfast (included) and dinners.
The amazing view to the lake fron both the restaurant and the room, the boat trip to the monkey island, the Kayak rawing on the lake and the original Maya Museum are all included.
The rooms are physically loclated on the water and the Jacuzzi with the view to the lake is just astonishing.
What a hotel!!! Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful little cabin on the lakeside! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and Mario and Leo were really helpful, helping us organise trips out to Tikal as well as other ruins.

They are fine people and for the price it is okay, a bit hot for me but for young backpackers it will be a nice choice

Highly recommended! We found an idyll in the middle of paradise ! We had a very pleasant. The room was big,, clean and had good beds! There was an outside kitchen and relaxing chairs or enjoying on the terrace at the room..Super friendly and very helpful host. Thank you for everything!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Lovely hotel right in the centre of Flores Island. We had. Room with a lake view which was perfect and the beds were super comfy. Air con wasn’t working. It the hotel proactively refunded some of the cost of our room.
Perfect location, very clean with everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need.
Friendly Family run hotel who will go above and beyond to support and help you.
Air con worked great and given fresh towels everyday.
The Lake Views. The Tranquility. The sounds of Monkeys at Night. The hosts were Lovely, the Entire Family that runs this Casa Familiar. The boat rides every day into Flores were also my Favorite!!!
The room all in all was really nice, bed was comfortable, AC worked well and the shower had a normal "good" water pressure.
We were a little bit disappointed as there were no hammocks on the balcony as described online.
I am so glad my child was not exposed in this hotel to the kind of party animal travelers that I witnessed in the more hip area of Flores! It was nice being able to control our own air conditioning. The owners are very nice.
Great hotel for a relaxing time with family. Large hotel for parties and weddings and business conferences. The hotel is quite large and has a lot of facilities. The staff was friendly and the pool area is quite spacious and family friendly.
