We liked everything about the property. It clearly exceeded our expectations that were already high. Not only the owners and the staff are amazing but you can tell they take very very good care of the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel so impeccable. It is very well maintained and clean. The room gets cleaned every day. It has a breathtaking view on Petani bay. Breakfast was the best we ever had with local products.

The location was great as the hotel was minutes away from Petani Beach and 15mins from Ammos Beach. Myrtos was a little farther due to the closure of the Winter Bridge. Repair in progress, not sure when this route will be open. Hotel is new so everything functioned as designed. Heating worked great as a few of the nights it was cold so we turned on the Heating for 30mins to warm up the Suite. Kitchenette was perfect for preparing a light dinner if you don't want to drive out to eat. Good size balcony with a table to enjoy some wine while watching the sunset. WiFi was stable and fast. Pool was open but it was still a little cold to jump in. Even though, the hotel was next to the road, it was quiet when a car passes by. At night, the area is quiet except for the occasional barking dogs from the neighboring houses. The Breakfast area is still under construction so Breakfast was provided in the suite every morning. Most importantly, the Owner, Ilias was very helpful with local information and reply promptly to questions via WhatsApp. Many thanks Ilias for letting us enjoy your new hotel. We look forward to returning at the end of Summer so that we can swim at Petani and Ammos Beaches!

Family of three, we spent 5 nights at this location. Located minutes away from the stunning beach of Petani, this house has it all: three working air conditioning unit, well equiped kitchen, washing machine...and everything you need to spend a full summer there. The location is very private, the house is perfectly clean and the owners very attentive. They went an extra mile to help us feeling home. We recommend this house from the bottom of our hearts. Beautiful house, good location and view, very good for trips to most parts of the island. As we arrived late in the night, the owner organized to have anything we need to the first day breakfast. Almost daily surprises with fruits leaved on the terrace. Very good communication with the owner, who sent us an excellent list with recommendations for our trips on the island. We enjoyed the recommended beaches, restaurants and places! A very good house for a family! We had a great vacation there!
