we loved that it was a family owned hotel. the owners were very kind and generous and very informative about the area. we loved the balcony sea view especially seeing the sunsets and even witnessing a thunderstorm! location is great for a quiet beach getaway with a 20 min walk to the main town centre for Nea Kallikrateia.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - very close to the sandy and spacious beach. Also, just a few minutes walk from a market, the city centre and different food venus and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean, which was super important for us, and very well equipped. The hosts were amazing! Respectful of their guests privacy, but always there if help is needed. Ms Georgia was very kind and thoughtful - made us feel very welcomed (thank you!). We would love to come again!

The newly renovated house they offer provides exactly what a family like ours (2 children, aged 10 and 8 respectively) needs. Vergia beach which is 2 minutes away is extremely child friendly, shallow and beautiful.
We highly recommend it too if you want a base for your excursions to the rest of Halkidiki, if you are into road trips.
I highly recommend this property. Both the yard and the house are very well maintained and provide a friendly space for relaxation and good vibes. The location is very close to the beach, and the host was extremely responsive to all our requests. The neighbors are friendly. We greatly appreciated finding a small gift for our child upon arrival. The toy was well-received and useful at the beach.
The house is perfect for 1 family. The whole house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is full with everything you need. Big balcony with great sea view and BBQ in the yard, sunbath and private parking. The owner and his family are very nice persons. They didn't bother us during the stay, they even invited us for coffee. They had prepared a welcome drink for us.

Great location of the villa, right across the beach. We had a very relaxing and pleasant holiday. Several taverns and super markets in the near-by. I recommend this location for families with kids and for quiet and beautiful vacations .

Great place! We were two families with kids and dogs and we really enjoyed our stay. Area is calm and quiet. Villa is very comfortable. We had everything we needed.
