The staff always smiles, friendly and helpful. The breakfest is huge, healthy and there is food for all tastes. The restaurant has fresh fish, great salads. Portions are huge! The hotel is literally on the beach! We had a room with a big, comfortable balcony looking at the sea. There is a lifeguard on duty, and the sea was lovely to swim in. The pebbles are small and after a few steps the seabed is sandy.

Beautiful house! It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owners are kind and responsive people. The beach is 5 minutes away, with a blue flag. Shop, restaurant - at the same distance.

Exemplary greek hospitality! Special thanks to the owners who took care of our stay. We stayed in the Astre suit and were welcomed by nice greek dips, water and wine in the fridge. There is also a very nice coffee machine with good quality coffe capsules. They also brought us some local bakery sweets in the middle of our stay and some delicious treats when we were leaving. We were asked if we needed additional sheets or towels and given recommendations for places we could visit in the area. All small gestures which make a huge difference. The location is very close to the beach - literally 3 mins walking. You will find a supermarket, souvenirs shop and the bars and restaurants just around the corner on the way to the beach. The house is brand new, very clean, modern and well-equipped. Flexible check in time given the house's availability. The village itself is small and quiet which makes it very good choice for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The location is great, close to the beach and the local tavern. The large balcony was a great place to spend time with family. The apartment was really clean and looks brand new!

A very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Nice neighbours, conveniently located shop and tavern, beach quite near. For more excitement, a short drive will get you to a more touristy location.

Extremely close to the beaches (3-5 minutes based on whether you want deeper or more shallow water) Supermarkets and places to eat also close by ( food and drinks are also served at the pool bar that is inside the vacation village where the house is located). End of September meant a lot of peace and relaxation (which was appreciated) as there are few tourists in Sozopoli. Beautiful view of the sea from the terrace in front of the house where you have a table and chairs. From the 3 rooms, 1 is at the top floor (no door) where you also have a bathroom, and 2 rooms are at basement level, with the second bathroom. Host is very friendly but discreet and gives you space. If you come by car, Pella and Vergina museums + archeological site are about 1h20min away and worth a visit (Sundays apparently the visits are free)

We had a lovely stay at the olive tree house. My family and I loved spending our evenings sitting on the fantastic front porch enjoying the peace and quiet. The villa is located less than 5 minutes away from the beach which was a massive plus for us. The owners are lovely, caring and considerate! Definitely recommend the villa to anyone who wants to escape from the busy city life and seeks a quiet down-to-earth place to stay. We are looking forward to returning to the villa for our next holiday!
