The place is for a real family vacation. The accommodation is modest, but you have everything that you need. Only 10 steps to the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The place has positive energy. Yanis, Michalis and Manoli are very hospitable. Food is extra in the restaurant. It is very clean. We had birhday party and we had a surprise from the house. Psakoudia beach it's very near to Yerakini, only 5 min. by car and it's very good with many beach bars. We would definitely come again.

The place has been recently renovated and everything was brand new and done so tastefully! The complex is located right on the beach, which was lovely and quiet. There are shops and restaurants nearby but best accessed with a car. Irene was really responsive and fixed a minor issue on the next day, which was really appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. The villa was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Every detail was thoughtfully considered, with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen, outdoor space, bedrooms, and living area. Whether we were cooking meals, lounging in the garden or just lazying around, we felt completely at home. The only minor suggestion I would make is to add a coffee machine, which would be a great addition to the already well-equipped kitchen.
The location of the villa was ideal for what we were looking for. Nestled in a quiet and almost secluded neighborhood, the peacefulness was one of the main charms of the stay. The villa is a perfect retreat for people seeking an escape from the dynamics of todays world.
For those who enjoy a more tranquil beach experience, there is a quiet beach nearby (292 meters from the villa), perfect for lying down and soaking up the sun. It's a simple beach with umbrellas, free from the distractions of bars or cafes, which we found to be perfect for unwinding.
Despite its secluded feel, the villa's location is also great for exploring Chalkidiki. Assuming you have a car, you're just a short drive away from some of the more lively and famous beaches in the area, complete with beach bars and a vibrant atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at the villa, with easy access to more bustling spots when we wanted them.
The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He sent us a detailed guide with locations and links to some of the best places to visit around Chalkidiki.
Overall, I recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene setting while still being close enough to explore all that Chalkidiki has to offer.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The facilities are great for price range. The photos are accurate. The ambient of the building is very family friendly, the pool is clean, the murals on the building are lovely. The trees around make it even more enjoyable.
We’ve extremely enjoyed our family vacation there. The place was very clean and smelled soooo good! It’s kids friendly and the kids also enjoyed it. The beach is 1 minute far from the house. The host was very nice. Our friends already booked apartment for September. We definitely recommend. You just feel like home. 💜
Everything was perfect, super friendly host and his family. Our special request for a baby bed was taken serious and our daughter enjoyed it a lot. Small delicious gifts from the family upon our arrival were just a cherry on top.

The apartment was very spacious and offered all the necessary amenities. We have 2 small kids and we felt like home as we had all we needed ie a cot, a high chair and baby bath available for us to use. The place was spotlessly cleaned every day which is amazing! Also great location , 10min walk from the beach (or 2min drive). A lovely and very helpful owner! Highly recommended!
Fantastic place with friendly hosts. The location is terrific, you are basically located on the beach with an umbrella and deck chair free for use. The room was spacious and immaculate. The beach is calm, perfect for a family vacation with children or if you are looking to relax.

Came with my family and booked for a triple studio. I was surprised by the size of the room, it was comfy, had a big terrace and they arranged a cot for my baby. By the beach they have a great playground, so lots of activities for those who come with kids. Enjoyed my stay, thanks!!
