The house is away from the noise and is surrounded by beautiful greenery next to the road. You will have your own parking lot in the shade throughout the day, you will have your own separate entrance and part of the yard. There are no other guests and apartments, everything is just for you and your family! Perfect! You will have your grill, your yard full of flowers, fruit trees, and olive trees. The friendly family did everything to make us feel at home. They thought of everything! Welcoming white and red wine, coffee, juice, special domestic tea, and cold water in fridge. The beach is not very far. If you come by car, you can visit Sithonia or Kassandra in less than half an hour. Thank you, George, and thank you, Katerina! We really hope to see you again!

The rooms are big, very comfortable, cozy and extremely clean (they cleaned on a daily basis). The terrace is also big. The view from our room was really nice with stunning sunset 🌅. The food is very tasty 🥞🥓🥚🍝🍜🦪🥗. The garden is perfect for relaxing or for taking walk around 🌳.Beach is spacious 🏖🐚, bar at the beach is also nice with great coffee ☕️ . Wi-Fi is good and available in all parts of the hotel.

Overall Greece is always a good idea to visit. Khalkidhiki is even a better idea! Psakoudia is very small place, not a big town. So if you are looking for discos & late nights, chose Thessaloniki. Psakoudia is for relax, enjoying pure, clean nature and silence. It is a very peaceful place with the nicest people. Nature is almost untouched, sea is so clean, beach is specious. I have visited several times, will visit again and again as this is a place you can never get enough of.

It is a nice village that transforms into a family holiday destination during summer. Plenty of places to eat, prices are ok, beach in Psakoudia is long and somehow narrow, water is shallow, with sand. Many families and many kids, not really for young people willing to party.

The village itself is not very interesting but you have most of the things you will need for a family vacation. There are enough shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach is nice and the water is clean. Getting around is pretty easy because the village is small so everything is within a walkable distance

Plenty of restaurants and beach clubs. Owners take great pride in the condition of the beach and sea. Sea water is clean and warm with sand sea bed and easy entrance into water with gradual deepening (good for children).
Psadoukia is 50 mins taxi ride from Thessonaliki airport (EUR 75) .... you dont really need a rental car if you are having a lazy beach holiday.
There is enough entertainment but also not too much! (it is not a ballerman holiday)

The beaches weren't great and there was constant piped music...
The beaches weren't great and there was constant piped music on the organised parts of the beach. If you didn't sit on the organised section of the beach, there was no shade at all and the sand felt as if it had rubble in it. There was quite a lot of weed in the bits of the beach that hadn't been cleaned and organised. On the plus front, the sand on the organised part of the beach was soft and it was easy to get in and out of the water. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, too. I would go back because it's an easy place to be, but the sea didn't feel clean and there was quite a lot of plastic in the water.
The apartments are completely new! Cosmetic repairs were made right in before of us. Everything is white, bright, clean. Very nice bed and towels. A fantastic view of the sea opens from the balcony. Actually, the sea and the beach begin 50m down the road from the hotel. The embankment with restaurants and shops begins 200 meters from the hotel. Free private parking in front of the hotel. The completely fantastic very friendly owner of the hotel. Greetings from Ukraine!
Psakoudia is not as crowded as major resorts and restaurant prices tend to be more moderate.
Between the house and the beach there is only a lovely little lawn with an olive tree and a palm.
Rooms are spacious, with generous balconies and comfortable beds.
Generous and shady car parking area is available 200 m away.
Umbrellas and sunbeds on the sandy beach are available to guests.

It was a pleasure to be a guest. Great communication with the owner Stella. Great taste and design. Great for family. Great for couples to spend lovely time. Close to everything in Psakoudia and in the same time not typical touristic place. In a building that you can feel the local atmosphere. I can write all day but don't have enough place 😜 Definitely recommend Stefiniki apartment. Thanks for the gift but it will be our secret. See you soon!
The room is small but well organized and has a big terrace. It is so nice to wake up in the morning with the smell of fresh baked pastries and enjoy a good coffee on the terrace with a nice view. Coffeeshops and a supermarket are very close.
The beach is also close by, a slow 7 minutes walk.
The room is cleaned and towels are changed every second day.
Psakoudia is a great location if you want to explore the region.
The location is very convenient: close to the developed and undeveloped beaches, grocery store and tavernas. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet (according to the Greek lifestyle). From Psakoudia you can easily reach spots on Sithonia and Cassandra peninsulas, car rental can be arranged directly from the car rental offices in the village. The host takes good care of your stay, small fixtures were done without any delay.
You can expect this kind of service only in 4 - 5 star hotels. Host is taking care of all details, such a kind people. They are to modest, the price for equvalent accomodation on some other place is much expecier. I will come back next year :)

Psakudia is sweet place, great as strarting point to explore Sithonia.
The hotel was clean. We had very nice terrace. Friendly hosts. Very good location: the beach is just across the street, also on the both sides of the hotel there are nice coffee and taverna. The windows in our room were soundproof so not much (if at all) noise from the taverna could be heard inside during the busy evening hours.
It was such a nice house with 2 floors as exactly pictured and everything was provided as described. Host Vaggelis is very polite and friendly, we had welcome wine and goodbye gift from him. He is so quick to answer and give support. Psakoudia is a nice place with nice restaurants and markets, five minutes walk to the house.
the beds were ultra comfortable, the food was ok, but it was on a bit on the cheap side - lack of choice and it was not very tasty. Just ok - probably good value for the money, but this is greece - you want to eat squit and octopus and tzatzdiki and gyros and their traditional meals, not continental breakfast amd dinner
If you book a room at certain sections of hotel, you gain access to another, heated pool. Wide range of toiletries available free of charge, including body lotion etc. Kind staff, excellent food with good diversity for both breakfast and dinner.
