Perfect villa for all kinds of vacation. We get all we need and even more!!! Full kitchen equipment, bbq, playstation, place for basketball, and more, more, more..... We were with our toddler, and he received a very comfortable crib and chair. Very, very clean. Look like on photo and even better. The owners of the villa are incredible people. On check-in, they meet you at the entrance, show you the villa, and treat you with local homemade drinks and goodies. In the middle of a vacation, after an incredible cleaning of the villa, they leave you a sweet present in the refrigerator. On check-out, they wish you a good journey and give presents again. During our stay, we asked them a lot of questions, and each received an answer and advice in a short time. Thank you very much. This is the place we will return to!

The Villa is great for families with kids or friends couples. The location is very convinet for traveling around Crete as its in a central area of the island. It has all possible facilities and the owner really thought about small details. The kitchen, sauna, pool, entertainment for kids, barbecue and even oven stove for pizza, all in great shape and easy to use. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom which is a huge advantage, all very clean and in great condition. The owner was extremely helpful and addressed all questions or info requestes we had. It was really the next level of hospitality - with home made food, fresh fruits and drinks, and even printing services (free) when we required it. We would very very much recommend this villa, worth every penny!

Beautiful villa, really clean and ideal for large groups. Great outdoor space with a BBQ and pizza oven and the views were incredible. We also arrived to a welcome hamper full of lots of food. The staff were also phenomenal - thank you so much!

Our vacation at Villa Sevdas was wonderful. It was already our second stay in Perama in the beautiful place of Harris and his family. It is even nicer now, much of the house has been renovated and new things have been purchased. Harris and his family welcomed us very friendly with specialties from Crete. We really enjoyed our time on the terrace, in the garden, by the pool and BBQ. Great recommendation, we will be happy to come back!

The host was super friendly and met us at the property, not only to provide the keys but also to welcome us to the property and greet us. We were super touched by her personal touches of providing a homemade moussaka, traditional cakes and homemade Raki...what more of a welcome could be expected! She was able to provide and recommend some local knowledge of the area for shopping, beaches and some superb restaurants all were spot on and well worth trying out! The accommodation and pool were all superb, spotlessly clean and well maintained in comparison to many of our previous stays across Greece and its many beautiful islands...this villa was certainly one of the best and well recommended!
