This is a real gem. It is a villa with a large productive front garden (grapes, vegetable, fruit trees) going down to the sea. The villa is a real home, with all the equipment you would want in a real home. We spent a lot of time on the patio, which was designed so that the hot sun was never a problem. We went swimming in the sea outside the villa. We also walked along the coastal track for a couple of km to another beach. The owner's father looks after the garden and left us some vegetables each day. We had a very relaxing time. We are a couple in our 70s. It would also suit a young family as there are extra bunk beds behind the double bed.

Its in walking distance (15min) to cute little villages Marmara, Prodromus and Marpissa. You must visit monastery on the hill, which has the best views on the island. Book it before it's gone.

Great Host, she answeredall our questions and responded quickly to any textes we sent her about events, directions or how to work something at the villa like how to use an appliance, The villa was very clean and everything was well maintained and working well , had everything you needed. It was well stocked with everything and any groceries you needed was only 7 min walking distance to get. The neighborhood is very helpful as well. Will definitely be back because we were treated like 5 star guests and a very reasonable rate. Loved that it had a lot of privacy as well and it was peaceful.

This was our second time vising Paros and this villa is, without doubt, one of the best places to stay when visiting the island. The villa itself is even better than in the pictures - the sunsets from the pool are stunning. The location is very quiet and yet close to anything you might need.
